Saturday #2

It felt like Saturday today! Did not have much of a deficit yesterday. I didn't wear the bugg until the afternoon so the calorie burn is estimated. I did fine at lunch with Danielle. I got grilled shrimp skewers and loaded up on Spinach salad. It was delish! I was lazy for the rest of the day. My foot is healing well so I can get more activity in tomorrow. I want to do some filing and organizing around my apt. and I will probably go to Deb and Larry's in the afternoon. By the way, I am not moving. I decided it was better to stay where I am at. I did ask for a reduction in rent so we shall see what they say. Worse they could say is no right? Until next time...

P.S. I posted some progress pics. How often do you think I should update them?

  3. Hello, fellow body bugg-er! Just found your blog. I am just getting into the swing of my body bugg. I love all the stats (I am a numbers person). I have to work on the food log.

Anyway, just wanted to say HI. Look forward to reading more.

  4. Hey, thanks for following my blog! I'm trying to decide when to do that as well. I'm taking pictures but haven't posted any yet. I'm thinking I will every 20 lbs.

  5. Hi,
Thanks for following my blog. You are doing awesome!

This Bodybugg sounds awesome. Is that what the Biggest Losers wear? I've always wondered what it was exactly on their arms.

I've had such a slow start. I think that this might be something that could really make a difference!

    Happy Memorial Day!

  7. Welcome to my Blog ladies! You are all so inspiring to me and I am glad that you are here! Rhonda, the bodybugg has made the difference for me. It was a gift from a friend. It is what they wear on the Biggest Loser, I have the older model. It is pretty pricey (I couldn't afford it) but they do have the option of just using their system to log food which is what I did for the first few weeks. You would put in your activity and it would tell you exactly what you consumed vs. burned. I HIGHLY recommend it! Hope you are all have a great day!!!
