Lazy Sunday

I didn't go overboard on food but did not get in any activity so that is why there is such a low deficit. I definitely need to work on getting in more activity on the weekends. I am not doing very well with my June Goals either. Having a hard time getting in the 6,500 steps AND water. The new gym will help motivate me to get there at least 2x per week. Tonight I am going to get the proper tour of the 24hr Super Sport since I didn't have time on Saturday to stick around. I will most likely do the treadmill afterwards. Tonight, for dinner, I am going to try some Whole Wheat Pasta which I have never had before so that should be interesting. Until next time...
P.S. I have added a link to my Progress pictures on the sidebar. I am going to update them on a monthly basis and will let you know when there are new ones posted.

  1. The steps AND the water? Is it a logistical situation?

I use a rebounder, and once I wasn't thinking, and I drank water right before I went to bouncing. Well, let me just say that I was never more sick.

Now I drink just about 4 or 6 ounces every hour. Thirsty or not. I drink by the clock - by the numbers. That way it's not too much water at any one time.

  2. I always have a hard time getting in my water except for the days when I run. Then it's easy because I die of thirst from all the sweating! Hope you managed your treadmill and your dinner was good!

  3. Katie, thanks for the nice comment on my blog. What program are you using to track your stuff, it looks pretty cool. Looks like you're doing well.
