Tendinitis

Short post because I am in pain and haven't slept a wink. I went to the doctor and I have Tendinitis in my arm (shoulder) I am staying home from work per docs orders. It will take 2-4 weeks to get better. Ughhhh.... The good news is I am down 1 lb. this week and I went to the gym again last night. Until next time...

  2. In the hands? Been through that, so I feel for ya. Be very careful. Mine turned into tenosynovitis and then full blown carpal tunnel.

  3. Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear that Katie. I hope you start feeling better soon.

I do want to say congratulations on the gym trip and the 1 pound loss, but it feels relatively unimportant compared to the tendinitis. Get well soon!

  7. So, so sorry about the pain...I hope it heals, or can be treated, very soon. I'm very proud of your loss and for getting to the gym!! That's fantastic!! Sometimes it's a struggle to get myself to do the exercise....I just keep trying to put one foot in front of the other. :)

  8. Congrats on the loss.

I had tendinitis once in my thumb/wrist. It was awful and I had to get some steroid injecton. I can't imagine having it in my shoulder. Sending you fast-healing vibes! I bet even washing your hair hurts.

    OUCH

  9. Oh, so sorry about the tendinitis! Hope you feel better in the 2 weeks rather than the 4 weeks!

  10. Ugh. I'm so sorry you're having shoulder trouble. I've felt your pain--and it sucks big time. My personal bias as a former (wow, it's nice to be able to say that) fellow shoulder sufferer--get yourself a good physical therapist sooner rather than later. Hope it's better soon!
