Things are looking up!

The appt. went really well thank goodness! Thanks for all the positve energy you sent my way. Dr. G was very nice and very thorough. He had us laughing throughout the visit which helped relieve some of the tension. We were there for an hour and never felt rushed. He has ruled out Alzheimer's but she will have blood work and an MRI to see what is going on. We have another appt. in a month. After that we went to Fish Market. We haven't been there in a few weeks so it was refreshing. I had Tilapia with Nectarine Salsa and half a Caesar salad. Tasty stuff!

I updated my bodybugg program up to the end of this year or December 27th. My goals are:
Calories Burned: 2,850 calories
Calories Consumed: 2,100 calories
Calorie Deficit: 750 calories
Steps: 7,500

I am targeted to lose 18 lbs. and be down to 247 which is 1.5 lbs. per week. That would be a total of 68 lbs. this year. That would be sweet! My main focus will be increasing calorie burn because I generally stay in the same 1,400-1,600 calorie range. I CAN DO THIS!!! Until next time...
