Winner and Weigh-In

I went to bowling last night and hung out with my peeps. I always seem to have a snack fest when I go there (note to self) I did okay and did not go overboard but I did have some peanut M&Ms and a few french fries.

The winner of my giveaway for the Progresso Soup Gift Pack is Jo at 282.5! Congratulations Jo!!! Thank you to everyone who entered and stay tuned, I will be having a blogoversary pretty soon and plan to have a giveaway to celebrate. Jo, just send me your contact information and I will ship it out ASAP. Speaking of shipping, I found the DVD I was looking for (Yay!) so I can get that shipped out today Mae_Flowers.

On to the weigh in... I gained 4 lbs. I am up to 266. BIG Sigh... It does not surprise me. I have been a slug lately with my back pain and basic laziness. I have been eating more calories and not making adjustments for the lack of activity. I refuse to let this set me back. I refuse to landslide and throw in the towel. I know what to do - I just need to DO IT!!! Until next time...

  3. I gained 6 lbs over Christmas and I wasn't even *that* bad! As soon as you get back on track - today, if not sooner! - they'll soon drop off. :o)

  4. Well darn it on the gain. I gained as well this past week. Kind of in a blah mood. Not giving it my all. Let's both kick into high gear and shake off the gain!

  5. Sorry about the bad weigh in...have you been able to get started with the swimming? Wonder if that will help your back. Any case, get back into it and show that scale who's who!

  6. Back pain. Unless one has experienced it they can't even understand how much it can throw your whole life out of whack! I do understand (I have a standing prescription for a muscle relaxer with my doctor, how sad it that?) and I hope you are feeling better soon.

  10. You have the right attitude- you will be back on track in no time! We all have little things that set us off track now and again!

Thank you so much for checking in with me, it means a lot. I'm doing okay, just lots of studying and schoolwork and struggling with this darn weather! I just got Internet back in my apartment yesterday, so the long-overdue blog update will be done soon! Thanks again Katie!

  13. Hmmmmm... m & m's, french fries and a weight gain. It's almost as if there were some kind of pattern at play here.

C'mon, KJ. Let's get this show on the road!

  14. Hang in KJ. You can do this! It's hard, but worth it. I totally sympathize with the back pain - that can effect every single move one makes. I hope it gets better fast. Get in that pool and start the swimming. I'm going to try that too - maybe next week.
