Big NSV!

I had a big NSV (Non-Scale Victory) that I had to share. Back at the beginning of November, I had this NSV which I am still actively working on.  Well now I get to get off another medication for High Blood Pressure called Cozar. One of my big motivators during this journey was to drastically improve my health and this is another win in the battle.  Yay!! I am still taking a water pill, Pepcid and Lipitor for cholesterol but it is my goal to get off of those as well. I am going in the right direction! Now if I can get rid of the &;%#$@ CPAP machine I will be a

Happy Camper!

Another NSV I had recently was that my feet have lost weight and I can wear an 8W instead of a 8WW. It is really hard to find extra wide shoes so this makes life easier.  It will be interesting to see when I get to goal if I don't have to wear wide shoes at all. Wow, that would be amazing!

Today I have to go to the coochie doctor ob/gyn for an appt. I am overdue :-( but I am glad to be getting it out of the way. I also have to be TB tested for work and I need a flu shot too. Ughhh... and then I have to go to my mom's to work on her paperwork. No rest for the wicked eh? Until next time...

P.S. There is still time to enter the giveaway and I will have a picture of the tree tomorrow.

  6. I absolutely love how you say what you mean and then mark it out and put it in more proper terms. Hillarious! (Btw, my grandma called that thing "old glory" LOL)

Congrats on the NSV! I wear a size 11 wide. BIG AND WIDE! I hope my feet lose size too-- I'm sure they will.

    Have a great day!

I'm willing to bet you won't need wide shoes any more when you're all done.

  8. congrads on nsv--rethink the lipitor though. statins are good / dr agastin the inventor of south beach highly recommends statins for almost everone 'of a certain age'. He is still an active , practising cardiologist.
