Fixed Friday

Happy Friday everyone!!! Hope you all had a good week. It was a good week for me and I am feeling pretty darn good. I got to the gym on Tuesday AND Thursday and I do plan on going tomorrow. I am meeting up with a girlfriend at 10:00 for breakfast (Hi Kathy!) and not sure if I will go before or after but I WILL be going regardless.

My mom called and wants to talk to me about her car. She has a 2002 Toyota Avalon and it is what I call a “Cush” car. It has leather seats, moon roof, great stereo, dual climate control, etc. You get the picture. Well since she can’t drive anymore she wants to talk about what to do with her car. We have talked a little bit about what she would do in this situation but nothing conclusive was decided. She mentioned giving it to me at one point but I am not sure if she still feels that way. It has to be heartbreaking for her to make that kind of decision.

I did get on the scale this morning and I am the same, 255. I have been doing great with my caloric intake and activity so I am just going to keep on keeping on. I can feel changes in my body, my clothes are getting looser again and I am feeling fab so I will just go with it.

  1. Did you notice your Thursday post was gone? Mine was too! But I had it in edit form so was able to repost it. I just feel sad because when Blogger ate the posts they ate the comments too... it's like yesterday never happened lol!

  3. My Thursday post is gone, too! I think sometimes just maintaining is a success. For me, anyway. I also love that feeling when my clothes are getting looser. We are almost the exact same weight! We can do this!!

  5. Good to seee that your doing well Katie! Mathimatically if you have a 500 calorie deficit daily you should lose at least a pound a week. 250 for exercise and cutting back cals by 250 which isn't hard to do. Anyway, I told you I would drop by so here I am! Keep up the good work I know you will get there!
