Eight Two Eleven

Had a good night last night. I got a much needed pedicure with pretty pink polish! I finally had an opportunity to tell V that she had burned my head when she colored my hair the last time. I did not have the photos with me and it just did not have the impact it would have if I told her before now. Oh well, I don't plan on having her color it for me anytime soon. I have some new products I want to try that include a mousse.

I had a Lean Cuisine for dinner plus a Just for One broccoli and cheese. I just can't rave enough about these. It is an easy way to add veggies to any meal and the perfect portion. For those of you on WW it is 1 point. I am not being compensated for saying so, btw. I just really like them! After I ate I did about 25 mins of Wii Tennis. I had not played in eons so it was fun to play.
Tonight I am going with my mom to the Outback. It is her new fave because she likes the salad. I like the Outback, don't get my wrong but it can be a caloric landmine. I most likely will just have the Ahi tuna appetizer and the salad like I have been doing and maybe a piece of their yummy bread. Until next time...

  1. I love those singles! My biggest issue with dieting is knowing what a single serving actually is. These are wonderful.

  3. I have never seen the single servings, but they are on my list to find. Thanks for sharing!

  4. I've never eaten at Outback- but I do enjoy Long Horn! And I have to stay away because I'm not always interested in their salad choices. LOL

  5. I just started reading your blog (because who wants to work anyway?) and I feel lucky! I just started my weight loss journey and was looking for more ways to incorporate veggies in my diet without having to make a gigantic bag of them. So thank you!

Also, if you have any tips on how to eat out, but still choose something healthy, I would love to hear them!
