Katie J's Bon Voyage Giveaway!

I have decided to change gears a little bit and do a Bon Voyage Giveaway! The DVD is Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones.

Get into the zone with TV's kick-butt trainer, Jillian Michaels, and tackle stubborn problem areas with her surefire circuit training formula that combines upper- and lower-body sculpting moves to obliterate fat even faster. Say goodbye to saddlebags, muffin tops and wobbly arms with this heart-pounding, 40-minute circuit workout that targets trouble zones like never before. By keeping you constantly challenged, Jillian will transform your body from flab to firm in no time! Warm up and cool down before and after this grueling workout.

All you have to do to enter is tell me what your trouble zone is and what you are doing to tackle it. If you post about the giveaway on Twitter or Facebook you can earn an additional entry. I will accept entries until tomorrow night at midnight (7/15) and I will announce the winner Friday a.m. This giveaway is open to everyone so good luck to you!

I got on the scale and I am still at 261. Believe it or not I am actually grateful that it stayed the same. Given my off eating lately I wasn't sure how it would go. I am sure moving this weekend will burn some calories! LOL! Hope you are all having a good week. Until next time...

  1. I love Jillian, she is a goddess in spandex! My trouble zones are my hips and saddle bags, I seriously need them to start shrinking. Posted on Facebook and Twitter @MiaY238

  5. Have a great time!! Can't wait to hear all about it.

That is one Jillian DVD I don't have. My trouble zone is my stomach - I'd like to blame it that's where I shoot my insulin, but pretty sure its from fried food and wine! :D

  6. Staying the same as long as it doesn't become an ongoing plateau isn't all bad.
I have that dvd as well so don't enter me either.
Hope all goes well with your move.

  7. Way to go on staying the same- anything is better than a gain. :)

My wobbly arms are my trouble zone. Hubby and I are looking for free weights to try to help those out. But I love Jillian Michaels and would love this DVD!

  8. OH let's see...I think my belly is the worst, 5 kids and lots of the wrong foods for a long time will do that. I'm working on my core (my least fav) so hopefully that will help!

  9. My trouble zone is my mouth. If I could just stop putting food into it, my belly wouldn't be as big as it is.

  11. Awesome giveaway. My trouble zone is my all over, but I can say I can not stand my tummy, I look like I'm 6 or 7 months pregnant and frequently get asked when I'm due. I've been walking for the last year and have lost some weight, and I've joined a weight loss support group and I"m signing up to due a half-marathon in October, so now I'm adding in more cardio and strength training to help with that.

  15. I have many trouble zones with so much weight to lose (have lost 82, 60 more to go!)! The one that nearly brings tears to my eyes is my upper arms. Especially in the summer. I am doing upper body workouts but am also considering surgery when I have lost all the weight!

  16. Oh gosh.. where to begin.. my trouble zones!- I would have to say #1. is definitely my stomach, #2. my upper arms, & #3. my thighs. I am pushing myself a little more each day.

Currently I am facing the daunting task of going up four flights of stairs to get to my condo- I go up and down a little bit faster each time and try to push myself harder. In addition, I have been going swimming everyday and taking my puppy for nice long walks :)

  17. Ooh, I'm actually on time for this! I could really use something like this to start losing weight again. =)

I have to say that my trouble area are my arms. They're REALLY flabby and big and they're really the only part of my body that I have a hard time accepting as what it is. Someday I'd love to see them smaller. <3
