Good numbers yesterday - 112% for Calories burned is not too shabby! It sure helps to move around during BL commercials! I am feeling in the groove and I like it! I am making some other lifestyle changes as well and things are shaping up which is great. It is another slammin day at the office and going to dinner with my mom. Until next time...
