I am down another pound! Wahoo!! Good calorie burn yesterday because I was up until midnight picking up bro - his plane was a 1/2 hour late. I am sleepy today but it is Friday so I can power through it. Not sure what I am doing this weekend. I will miss Zumba class at the gym Saturday but at least I can do it at home. Maybe I can get in a workout Sunday morning. Until next time...
