Went to watch my friends bowl at Moonlight Lanes (Shelley!) They have a really good snack bar but trying to find something reasonable on calories is another story. Well I found a Turkey Wrap that was 480 cals. so I was thrilled. Usually I get a chicken sandwich but its up in the 800 cal. range. Well since Wednesday is my weigh day I jumped on the scale and I lost 2 lbs. YAY!!!! The scale is finally going in the right direction. I felt like I spent all of September bouncing the same damn 3 lbs. on and off so it was a thrill to see the scale going down again. I am looking forward to knocking the next 3 lbs. out because it will get me out of the 260s AND I will have less then 100 lbs. to lose. That will be motivating for sure!
