Weigh Day Wednesday
I was able to find my scale and I am down 1 lb. to 263. Total to date is 52 lbs. Just a hair above 1 lb. a week. Nothing to shake a stick I guess. Part of me says that it is a good even pace and it's bettter then gaining 52 but the other part says you could do more Katie. You could really push yourself more and get better results. It will happen it is just that I am impatient and want instant gratification/results and that isn't going to happen.
Having dinner with my mom tonight. We saw Dr. G yesterday and said we don't have to see him for 6 months which is good news. Until next time...

So girl...you keep going till you reach your goal weight...
I'm thrilled to lose a pound. I could go weeks and gain like crazy. One pound down prevents 3 pounds up!
ReplyDelete1lb a week as you know is 52lbs in a year. You might not think that's a big deal, but imagine if, at your starting weight, you'd gained 52lbs this year... It's all positive! :o)
ReplyDeleteConsidering everything you've been dealing with, I think you're doing fine! You'll have your weeks when you lose a lot, and weeks when you lose a little - but you are LOSING. That's the important part. You'll get to your goal eventually!

ReplyDeleteI think that's pretty darn good. Don't sell yourself short. 52 lbs is a significant amount of weight. From the looks of your ticker, you're already a third of the way there. That's FANTASTIC!
