Here is my update for the challenge:
Weight: I stayed the same this week which I am okay with.
Measurements: I did not take measurements
Water Consumption: I failed at water this week.
Activities: I did not try a new class. I did not get 10K per day.
Not a stellar week for the challenge. I am glad that I maintained though considering it was my birthday last week. I am planning on having a good week this week. I don't have a lot of time today but wanted to get my challenge results posted. Until next time...
