Forward and Fun

Did you guys have a good weekend? Are you feeling lethargic this morning? Studies show that Americans are more sluggish the first few days of the time change as their bodies adjust. There are more car accidents and more heart attacks. Yikes! I personally always look forward to the Spring time change. While it does mean waking up in the dark, it is lighter later and it makes me feel like I can get more done in a day.

I had a good and productive weekend. I played Wii with my friend for 2 hours on Saturday and about the same on Sunday. We played Resort mostly but also did Sports and Just Dance. It was fun and I did not realize we had been doing it that long until we quit and it gave us a summary. The screenshot above said we did the equivalent of walking across Central Park which is approx. 5 miles :-) I also got Trivial Pursuit which is the first non active game I bought. I like it a lot and it can be played single or multiple player.

I was also feeling crafty so in between matches, I made some blank cards. Here are a few of them:

Food wise I did pretty good too. I tried to eat small amounts throughout the day and it seemed to work.  I also went grocery shopping and stocked up on healthy items.  Could this mean I might have my mojo back? Shhhh don't say it too loud otherwise I might jinx myself. Until next time...

P.S. I got the tickets to Dave Matthews Band! :-)

  1. Oh Lawl, my family & I are *always* late the first day back from Spring forward, no matter how hard I try not to be. I was fifteen minutes late to work this morning. :)

  3. Glad you got your tickets! And how are you making the cards? Printing images? Hand painting? They are cute and I especially love the one on the left!

  4. You are so artistic! Do you have a ETSY shop or anything? If not, you should.

    Enjoy Dave Matthews!
