Workout Wednesday Giveaway!

Did not go to the mall with Danielle nor did I do much decluttering last night. I was just worn out and did not feel like doing much.  I did get a little munchy with some graham bunnies but caught myself before I did any major damage.  Tonight I am working out with Tim, the Personal Trainer, right after work. Our next appt. is not until next Monday so I promised him that I would come in on my own before Monday. I have been entertaining the thought of doing a class so I may do that. I even ordered a gel seat for spinning class (no ouchie girly bits) so we will see.

Since I have quite a few workout DVDs and Wii Games, I have decided to give away the Biggest Loser 30 Day Jump Start DVD that I received from Progresso and Blogspark.

All you have to do is leave a comment on this post telling me your favorite way to work out? I think my favorite is actually riding my bike and I also like using the rowing machine. For an additional entry, you can post about the giveaway on Twitter. I will also add an entry if you have never commented on my blog before. I will announce a winner on Monday, April 2nd. Until next time...

P.S. Please remember to leave info so I can get a hold of you if you win.

  1. Hi Katie! I'm just really beginning my exercise journey. I'm not one who likes to exercise but I'm realizing more and more just how IMPORTANT it is. I need fun new ideas to keep it interesting so I keep at it and decide what is my favorite thing! Just joined my 1st challenge and have 9 1/2 more wks to go!

    Love your blogs-very inspiring!

  3. I am just beginning the exercise journey. Right now, I have been walking on the treadmill a couple of times a week. It is getting kind of boring, so I need to branch out and find something new. The machines at the gym are so intimidating!! :)

  5. I never ever thought I would like a group class but I absolutely LOVE my TaeBox (cardio kickboxing) class. Wish it hadn't taken me 43 years to learn that ;)

  8. Up until recently I would have said my favorite way to work out was Zumba, but after learning how to swim it is now my favorite workout.
I find it both invigorating and relaxing at the same time.

  10. I've exercised my whole life, but since I'm studying in Spain I've been switching it up a bit. I do Body Pump classes (1 hour of free weights) and Latino dance classes (similar to Zumba). I don't watch the clock in either of them, which is truely amazing!
I never liked spinning because of how much my butt hurt during/after it. So good idea with the gel seat!

  12. I like walking with my girls, but lately I've also been using the wee baby as a weight. 18lbs up over your head in reps of 8-12 actually IS work! Plus, she thinks it's hysterical, so it's a win-win.
