So I FINALLY called Apex! Yay! All I basically needed to do was download the latest version of Java. Whew, I am so glad I did that. Now there are no excuses for not posting my screenshots and being able to keep track again. I did sign up for SparkPeople as another tool. I would like to explore their website but it will require some time and I am a little short on that right now.
Did a few minutes of The Firm Super Cardio. It requires weights and a step and I don't have a step so I just watched and kept up with the steps. It was pretty intense though and I am definitely not up to that level yet. Until next time...
