My calorie defecit for yesterday was 796 cals. As for the weigh in I stayed the same. 262. I am not surprised at all. I am just now getting back in the swing. Hoping for some results next week for sure.

I did get some exercise in yesterday but not at the workout room. We got a 1700 lb. shipment of tests delivered by FedEx yesterday at lunchtime but the guy could not pull the pallet out of the elevator so he asked ME to help him. Well we got it out but once it started moving I lost my footing and fell on my arse! He was shocked and I just laughed my ass off. I wonder if he would have asked me if I was petite. I am thinking not...

Hopefully I can get in a walk tonight. I think I will be meeting with the gal at the Senior Center as well to get approved (crossing fingers) I need to visit my mom but I think I will wait until this weekend. Until next time...

  3. Hey KJ -

I'm with you on just getting back into the weight loss groove after the holidays. A little relaxing about eating really kicks one in the ass, doesn't it? I had a slightly alarming gain but am already back down into less unacceptable territory! I'll do your contest, probably not the Progresso's. Actually I need to try some of their lite soups - haven't for a long time. Have a good day.
