Good day yesterday with food and activity. Last night I wanted to have a snack and I could account for it in my "budget" and as I was walking to the kitchen I thought "Instead of a snack you should exercise because you weigh in tomorrow!" So I did. I did the Flirty Girl DVD for 20 mins. Who is this person who would forgo a snack for exercise?? Surely it couldn't be me? Well I got on the scale this morning and I lost 3 lbs. this week!!! I am so happy!! That is the most I have lost in one week since the first week. Woohoo!
On a more somber note, I want to thank all of you for your support and kindness in regard to Dave's mom. One of our friends suggested talking to the Public Defender to see if there is something they could do. I am going to call Dave's sister today to suggest it. I am taking my mom to get an injection in her retina today. It is supposed to slow down the advancement of her Macular Degeneration. I have a list of questions so it will be an enlightening visit.
