Hi July!
I had this epiphany before I left work yesterday that I didn't have to order a steak at the Outback. (Doh!) After going out to lunch I just didn't want to consume that much food and that many calories. I ended up having an Ahi Tuna appetizer as my entree (yum!) a small Caesar salad, half a sweet potato and a piece of bread. It worked out well and I ended up with a nice deficit. I updated my goals for July. I am still aiming for 6,500 steps per day. I want to get to the gym a minimum of 2x per week and get 64oz of water in daily. No excuses! Tonight I am getting a pedicure (Yay for happy toes!) and tomorrow I plan on FINALLY getting the tour of the new gym. Until next time...

Great idea on ordering the appetizer for dinner - funny, I did that yesterday for lunch, and my dining companion was all "that's all you're getting?" - but I was satisfied, and best of all, wasn't stuffed by the end of the meal.
