Feels like a Friday! Yay! I didn't eat dinner last night so hence the big deficit. I got my pedi and then went to Danielle's and by the time I got home it was too late to eat dinner so I had some toast. I actually drank all my water yesterday and did 6,005 steps. Today I am getting my hair cut. I need to pull out my suitcase and start thinking about packing! 16 more days until we leave! I am planning on being at home tonight and tomorrow morning I will go to the gym.
It sounds like you’re making terrific progress, Katie! I like your goal of doing at least 6500 steps per day and getting to the gym twice. Both of those things make such a difference. Keep up the terrific work! :-D
