My update for the Hot 100 #9
- I will lose 2 lbs. per week. I lost 1 lb (261)
- I will wear my bodybugg from 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. daily. I wore it 5/7 days
- Iwill exercise a min. of 30 mins - 5 days per week. I did 5 days this week
Neck -1"
Chest -2"
Up. Arm -.5"
Waist -1"
Another measurement that the bodybugg tracks is lean mass and fat mass. I have increased my lean mass by 10.3 lbs. This is something I need to research more. I want to understand how they can compute that number. I will let you know what I come up with. Until next time...

Katie, so happy that you're making progress and your goals. That's great. Oh and Alexia, it's been seriously cold in California. One night it was like 40 degrees in Sacramento.

ReplyDeleteA pound lost is better than a pound gained:) so great job there! Also by losing inches you are making progress. I would encourage you to measure monthly especially if the scale is slow to show you progress like it is with me. Good job on getting your 5 days of exercise in I know this one is hard for you..
