Had a good day eating wise. Ended up on the low end of calories consumed because I had a small lunch yesterday. I just have not been very hungry lately. Not that I am complaining about it!
I weighed myself this morning and I am down to 256 which is a 3 lb. loss since last Friday. I want to switch to Wednesday Weigh days now so I am going to lock in this weight for the week. It is also one lb. from my lowest thus far which has really sparked some excitement and motivation again. Anything I lose from here on out is new territory! Yipee!!!
Tonight I will hopefully be getting together with Danielle. It has been since the Christmas party since I have hung out with her. I miss being next door but not the hell we went through being there. We will most likely go get a bite to eat at Su's Mongolian. It is one of those places where you choose the meats and veggies for you and they cook it up on a big circular grill. I use mostly chicken and just a titch of the beef for flavor.
Congrats on being so close to new territory! Can't wait to get there again myself. :)
ReplyDeleteI love Mongolian places like that. My dietician actually told me they are about the healthiest option for dining out because you are totally in control of what you put in your bowl. Have a great time!
