**Ranty post ahead**
I came down with a cold on Saturday and did not do much of anything the whole weekend. The one productive thing I did was to take my car in for a smog and servicing. It is running much smoother and I'm glad I finally got it done. Otherwise, it was seriously depressing and I felt like a big fat slug. The weather was really nice and I did not even get a chance to enjoy it. I ate my emotions and feel like crap this morning. I did a little reading and a little bit of crafting but that was it. I cancelled the Personal Training appt and rescheduled for Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. He was understanding and said they usually have a 24 hour cancellation policy but I did let him know early in the morning on Sunday.
Alas, today is a new day. Prior to embarking on this WL journey I would let a weekend like that put me in a tailspin of self-loathing and depression and it would take me days of self-sabotaging before I came to my senses and stopped the vicious cycle so that is an improvement. I did look at the scale and yes, I am up a few pounds but I am confident that I can get rid of them and resume losing. I need to bust into the next decade! Until next time...
