Is There Anybody In There???

In all my years of blogging, I've never gone this long without posting! Looks like my last post was in January of this year. I will highlight what has been happening...

In July I got a job at a Call Center which is 18 miles from home. I have been lucky in all my working years to have worked in a 10 mile radius of home so this is a bit of a commute for me. I am not a huge fan of freeways but I have faced my fears. It is 25 hours a week which is better then nothing but the wages here in AZ are half of what I made in CA. Granted the cost of living here is cheaper but it's still a gut punch. I do work with some nice people which helps a little.

My weight has held steady all this time which is a double edged sword. I am glad I have not gained anything (100 lbs. lost!) but I should be in Onderland by now. I know what I need to do it is just a matter of getting off my arse and doing it.

In other health related news, I did get a mammogram and a pap smear which I had put off forever. All was good and clear. I will not wait 5 years again. Still need to do a colon screening. I did do a sleep study back in October and I still have sleep apnea and still use a CPAP machine. I need a new machine so had to do the study. I am just waiting to get approval for health coverage. My Diabetes is out of control though. My HBA1C is HIGH.

Nothing to report on the relationship front. Not even on my radar really...

That's about it for now. I will definitely coming back soon. I felt so much mentally, physically and otherwise when I was blogging so I am getting back to basics.
